  • We have received numerous noise complaints. We addressed the issue multiple times. It was determined that the flooring was poor and that the plumbing in our apartment was broken (causes a loud banging anytime water is turned on). Leasing staff entered our apt. without permission and stated they discovered these things. We thought they found the source of the noise and would figure out a solution. Yesterday we received another 10 day noise complaint. My roommates and I are afraid of eviction and we aren't sure what the next steps should be.
  • We have submitted a notice to move out at the end of next month and already have signed a lease for a new house. The landlord wanta to put the house on the market beginning next month. My question is, with this Covid 19 crisis I don't feel comfortable with people coming in and out of my house meanwhile I am still living here, especially since I am a nurse and have to go to work and be around elderly people. Is there any safety measures in place for me? Whether it be future tenants wearing a mask before entering or the landlord having to wait till we move out to show the house?
  • I had a DUI in 2005. I thought everything was done. In 2014 the court issued a warrant for my arrest ( I found out because they suspended my concealed weapons license ) .I called the city court and they said it was over a DUI in 2005. I went to court , and the judge said I did not do 36 hours of alcohol treatment. I had receipts for traffic school, MADD school, level 1 school . The attorney I had, when I called him, said that a retired judge was going back thru all the DUI cases because Tucson was broke and was trying to get more money from everybody. Is this legal after 9 years?
  • In 2001 I co-signed with my daughter to purchase a single-wide mobile home. She lived in the mobile home for 13yrs. It's financed with XXXX located in Tennessee, and there's still a balance of $16,000. My daughter had to move out due to her family increasing and the need for more room. I'm a retired senior citizen and do not have the money to pay for it. What can I do to keep it from being on my credit report?
  • We had an 80/20 mortgage on our home. In Feb it was foreclosed on. The first lender shows as a foreclosure but the 2nd lender(chase) shows as a charge off. I was told that there is something in the state of AZ that requires both lenders to report it as a foreclosure. Is there a provision code that I can contact Chase with to have the reporting changed to Foreclosure? Thank you..
